I’m Ismael Del Rosario, a 25-year-old Dominican entrepreneur and real estate professional with a passion for shaping the future of hospitality and investment opportunities. My journey began in 2017 when I moved to the United States to pursue my bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management at Iowa State University. During that time, I lived in Spain for six months and worked as a property manager, an experience that opened my eyes to international markets, design, and the power of exceptional service.
Today, I live in Florida, where I’m completing my master’s degree in Hospitality Real Estate Development at FIU. I carry with me deep gratitude, for my parents, for God, and for every opportunity that has guided me here. These values continue to influence the way I serve my clients: with integrity, clarity, and a vision for long-term growth.
